Overseeing financial performance, strategic execution, and guest experience across 40+ hotels. Driving revenue optimization, cost control, and profitability through standardized service delivery.

Director of Operations MENA | Golden Tulip Hotels

Directed pre-opening readiness, operational logistics, and development pipelines across the region. Ensured brand requirements and supported owner relations.

General Manager & Pre-Opening Lead

Led hotel takeovers, repositioning, and pre-openings at properties including Royal Tulip Dubai, Golden Tulip Seeb, and Sheraton Gold Mohur. Consistently improved GOP and expanded market share.
